1. World Art Day is observed every year on 15 April globally. This day is being celebrated all over the world to emphasize the importance of art that nurtures creativity, innovation and cultural diversity for all peoples across the globe. The day was declared by the International Association of Art (IAA), an NGO working in official partnership with UNESCO.
विश्व कला दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष 15 अप्रैल को वैश्विक स्तर पर मनाया जाता है। यह दिन दुनिया भर में सभी लोगों के लिए रचनात्मकता, नवाचार और सांस्कृतिक विविधता को पोषित करने वाली कला के महत्व पर जोर देने के लिए मनाया जा रहा है। यूनेस्को के साथ आधिकारिक साझेदारी में काम करने वाले एक गैर सरकारी संगठन, इंटरनेशनल एसोसिएशन ऑफ आर्ट (IAA) द्वारा इस दिन को घोषित किया गया था।
2. Haryana is planning to come up with an institute to train drone pilots for capacity development, chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar has said. According to Khattar, the training institute will come up under the Drone Imaging and Information Service of Haryana Limited (DRIISHYA).

3. After a gap of two years caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the Bangla New Year Pohela Boisakh was celebrated across Bangladesh April 14 with enthusiasm and festivity. In Dhaka, the festivities started early in the morning at the traditional and historic venue of Ramna Batamul. The cultural organisation Chhayanut President and Padma Awardee Sanjida Khatun gave the welcome address to herald the coming of the Bengali New Year 1429.

5. The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi launched the ‘Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA), the ‘Transformation of Aspirational Districts’ program, under the Ministry of Panchayati Raj. Approved in 2018, it aims to transform selected districts and help 2.78 lakh rural local bodies achieve sustainable development goals. The Union Cabinet approved a financial outlay of Rs 5,911 crore for the Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA). It approved the continuation of the centrally sponsored scheme from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2026.
